DIFFICULTY AND LEVEL OF CHALLENGE:

  • The climbs are not suitable for beginners
  • Good physical condition and experience with high-mountain hiking are required
  • The difficulty of the ascent depends on the chosen route
  • The entire ascent and descent are performed secured on a rope

EQUIPMENT AND GEAR:

  • High trekking boots (Vibram sole)
  • Backpack
  • Waterproof mountain clothing
  • Gloves
  • Hat
  • Food and drinks (1.5 l per person)
  • Magnesium or a piece of salt to prevent cramps
  • Insurance

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:

  • Guiding by an UIAGM mountain guide (the guide has third-party liability insurance and valid UIAGM membership)
  • Photos from the climb
  • Rental of climbing equipment (helmet, harness, and in winter possibly crampons and an ice axe)

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:

  • Accommodation
  • Meals
